In a Courtyard with gites Verseau and Gemini, across the road from the other 6 gites, in a gated courtyard , plus it shares all the facilities of the other gites.

(4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms) You enter through a pair of french doors,into a large open plan area, with the lounge to the right, which has a sofa and two arm chairs  , there is flat screen TV, all English and French free to air channels available,  there is the dining room with a table for 8 people. A high gloss grey fitted kitchen, including a gas cooker & hob, microwave and  fridge freezer.  In the rear right is a shower room/toilet with hand basin.The stairs lead from the rear to the first floor. Room 1, an antique double bed with a matching wardrobe &  chest of draws, 2 bedside tables. Room 2, 2 single beds & wardrobe. Room 3, two single beds . Room 4, an antique french double bed, an antique wardrobe. In the bathroom there is a combined bath/ shower and a pedestal sink and a toilet. The total floor area is 120 meters sq approx. Outside there is a patio area, with garden furniture & a BBQ. Sleeps 8 people in beds, cots are available.
